Your purchase(s) will be processed through Artworks of New Zealand, however, from time to time we may need to process payments through our retail store Craftwood Souvenirs.

Prices appearing on Site are subject to change without prior notice. All orders are subject to acceptance by Artworks of New Zealand. We respectfully reserve the right to decline service to anyone we choose.
Error Policy
A certain number of typos and pricing errors in our web site and advertisements are inevitable. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause you. We cannot be held responsible for typographical errors or omissions on our website or in our print advertisements.
If the correct price is more than the erroneous one, we will never fill the order until we've contacted you and received permission to either fill or void your order. You may request an immediate refund instead. If the correct price is less than you thought, we will automatically charge you the lower amount and process your order immediately without contacting you.

Online Product Colour Representation
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of our products that appear on our Site. However, as the actual colours you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any colour will be accurate.
Non-Delivery of items purchased through www.artworksnz.co.nz
All items dispatched by us are carried by New Zealand Post, and are carried by them, through us, on your behalf.
Where delivery is to a third party Artworks of New Zealand are only acting as your agent.
In the unlikely event that any item/s dispatched by use are not received by the intended recipient please notify us as soon as possible. We will arrange for NZ Post to investigate the non-delivery and arrange for compensation from them. Compensation is paid to us once loss has been determined by NZ Post. As soon as we receive compensation we will either provide a full refund or re-send the missing items at no cost to the purchaser.
Artworks of New Zealand will not be held responsible for any loss incurred should we be provided with an incorrect delivery address, or in instances where for some reason the overseas postal service cannot deliver the parcel to the address provided to us, or in instances where the overseas postal service returns the parcel to us. In some instances overseas postal services will hold parcels awaiting collection by the recipient. If the recipient fails to collect the parcel we cannot be held responsible for any loss incurred.
Overseas Customs Duties and Taxes
It is up to the purchaser to be aware of any possible duties, taxes and handling charges assessed by overseas governments and payable by the recipient of the items purchased through us. We will be not be liable for any such duties, taxes and handling charges.
